If you need service or assistance, please click below to submit a digital warranty request, or give us a call. We will promptly follow-up with you to schedule any necessary appointments or to update your buyer profile. In case we need to send someone to your home, we will coordinate with you to schedule a visit at a convenient time when you will be available during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Emergency situations
If you encounter any major mechanical issues, such as with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems, it is important to act swiftly and safely. Homeowners should turn off the malfunctioning utility and contact us immediately for assistance if a major problem occurs.

RJ Wachsman Homes provides a Third-Party guaranteed warranty by Maverick Warranties and Insurance. This is a feature included with all of the homes we build, and our company provides this warranty at no additional cost to the homebuyer. On top of that coverage, RJ Wachsman Homes provides a one-year limited warranty, and, appliances that come with your new home are covered by the manufacturer’s one-year limited warranty.First year

Ten years
For even more protection, the Maverick warranty we include continues to cover all major structural defects for a full 10 years after your purchase. This commitment from RJ Wachsman Homes ensures your investment is secure and your home will last for years to come. All warranty details are provided in the documents received upon purchasing your new home. After purchasing a home, this warranty is transferable if you need to move before the ten-year period.
