At RJ Wachsman Homes, family is at the heart of everything we do. Founded by RJ in 1978, the company has been led by several of his siblings over the years who have taken on positions such as office management, design, and construction. With a family-first approach, and a team of experienced subcontractors, RJ Wachsman Homes is dedicated to building high-quality homes that meet the needs of our customers.
RJ's journey in the construction industry began as a brick mason in his late teenage years. He honed his skills and worked hard throughout college to support himself. Eventually, he branched out into remodeling and building homes. RJ's son Tanner joined the company in 2015 and in 2022 was promoted to President, overseeing building operations while RJ serves as Chairman of the company.
Tanner is currently the President of the North Texas Homebuilders Association (NTHBA). Both he and RJ have previously served as the President of the NTHBA (RJ, 2004; Tanner, 2021-2022).
