How to make a request
Need service or have a question? Submit a digital warranty request below or give us a call. We'll follow up promptly to schedule any necessary appointments or update your buyer profile. If we need to send someone to your home, we'll coordinate a convenient time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Emergency situations
If you experience a major mechanical issue -- such as with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems -- act quickly and safely. Turn off the malfunctioning utility and contact us immediately for assistance.
Note: In cases of life-safety concerns, please immediately call emergency services or the appropriate authorities.
RJWH warranty details
Your peace of mind matters to us. That's why every RJ Wachsman home includes a third-party guaranteed warranty through Maverick Warranties and Insurance -- at no additional cost to you. Full details are provided in your closing documents. The benefits include:

Summary of coverage
Your Maverick warranty covers certain system and structural defects. In addition, RJ Wachsman Homes provides a one-year limited warranty, and appliances that come with your home are covered by the manufacturer's one-year limited warranty.
First year
During your first year, you're fully covered by both the Maverick warranty and RJ Wachsman Homes' one-year limited warranty. Your appliances and fixtures are also protected under the manufacturer's warranty.
Second year
In year two, your major systems -- plumbing, electrical, and mechanical -- remain covered through the Maverick warranty. You're also protected against defects in materials or workmanship according to Maverick's Warranty Performance Standards.
Ten years
For long-term peace of mind, the Maverick warranty covers all major structural defects for a full 10 years. And if you move before the ten-year period ends, this warranty is transferable to the new owners.
